Nisar opens emergency department at HFH - The Nation, Pakistan

RAWALPINDI - Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Monday inaugurated the newly constructed Labour Room and Emergency Department that was extended to cater the increasing number of patients.
The leader of the opposition also paid a visit to different wards of the hospital and listened to the problems being faced by the patients. RMC Principal and AHs Chief Dr Musaddiq Khan, while talking to TheNation, informed that Chauhdry was briefed that patients had to face troubles owing to shortage of beds, wards and staff in AHs.
There was need of more wards and beds in the hospital. He added that it was also told that RMC was imparting best medical education but unfortunately did not have its own independent campus.
It was also requested to give RMC the status of university in a bid to provide quality education to the students.On this,  Leader of the Opposition Chauhdry Nisar Ali Khan constituted three-member task force to determine whether RMC should be given the status of university or its separate campus be constructed or not, informed Dr Musaddiq. The task force would now prepare feasibility report and submit it with the office of leader of the opposition within two weeks, Musaddiq Khan added.
