Hollywood Minute - May 14, 2012 - OzarksFirst.com

It was another super-sized weekend for "The Avengers." 
The film grossed $103-million in its second week in theaters, according to studio estimates. It's the first film ever to earn more than $100-million domestically in its second weekend.
Disney estimates the film earned a billion dollars in ticket sales worldwide in just 19 days.
It becomes the 12th film  in history to pass the billion dollar mark.
The Tim Burton flick "Dark Shadows," starring Johnny Depp, came in second, with $28.8-million in ticket sales.
And "Think Like A Man" rounded out the top three, pulling in $6.3-million.

His latest film may be setting records, but "avengers" star Chris Hemsworth is probably a bit preoccupied.
He and his wife, actress elsa pataky  welcomed their first child, a daughter on Friday
The actor, who plays "Thor," told USA Today she was named "India," because they love the country, and they love the name.
Hemsworth has another big movie opening soon - "Snow White and the Huntsman."
